A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its own results. We do not keep a separate site log of the search terms submitted through those boxes.

An email or contact submission may be retained long enough to answer and manage the message. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

St. Francois County guidance points readers to the sheriff, the 24th Judicial Circuit and municipal courts, the Missouri State Highway Patrol Central Repository, and the Missouri Sex Offender Registry. Those government custodians hold the records. Visitor data is not turned into a consumer report or a third-party criminal-history profile, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA.

Outside companies operate the embedded search tools. Their privacy policies, retention terms, and sharing rules govern information entered there. We do not set those practices. Review the provider’s terms before sending a query.

Links may lead to the St. Francois County sheriff, Missouri courts, MSHP, MODOC, registry services, legal resources, or outside search providers. Once you leave, the destination’s privacy policy controls. Read it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may also measure activity across sites to select ads. That process occurs through their systems and policies.
